Despite numerous attempts to notify the authories (state attoney’s office, FTC, FBI) the agent still has nto been charged and is still overating his Ponzi Scheme. What type of assitance is there to help recoup our loss and how do we stop this guy from continuing to scam other unsuspecting folks?
